How to Make "Pots of Gold"

Nowadays, we have many kinds of food in each country on the earth. I’ve tried American, Japanese, Mexico, Korean and Thai food. All of them are so good, but I’m really addicted to Thai food; especially, the appetizer is called “Pots of Gold” which is my most favorite because I love its taste, crunchiness, and creaminess with sweet and sour sauce.  In Eugene, you can have it at Tararin
restaurant. They serve “Pots of Gold” with eight dollars for eight pieces.

You can tell that it’s not cheap, so if you have time, you should try to make it at home. It’s easy

to make and I believe that you will love it. I just learned how to make it by searching for the ingredients

of “Pots of Gold” online and I want to share my recipe with everyone. Now, I will tell you all the steps

to make the “Pots of Gold”.  In the first step, we need to have 10 to 15 wonton skins which you can

find it in an Asian market; a half carrot, 20 grams of cream cheese, and 10 grams crab meat. Then, you

cut the carrot very fine and mix with cream cheese and crab meat together. For the next step, you get a

wonton skin and put small amount of what you mixed in wonton, then you fold it in haft. You also do

the same with the others. After that, you put the pan on the medium heat and put oil in it, you have to

wait for the oil to boil and then you should turn the heat lower to avoid burning the wonton skins . The

final step is to get all the dumplings into the pan and fry them until all of them become yellow. When

you are all done, you need to put napkins a dish to absorb oil. When they cue done, you should eat it

with sweet and sour sauce. You can buy the sauce in anAsian market or learn to make it on the internet. And that’s it! “Pots of Gold” are ready for you.

I believe you’ll be happy when you make it on your own rather than going to the restaurant and you can save your money if you want to eat a lot of “Pots of Gold”.
