How to make "Vietnamese Stewed Pork with Coconut Juice"

Vietnamese Stewed Pork with coconut juice is a traditional dish of my country. People eat it on New Year’s Eve. And I will tell you how to make this dish quickly and easily by following some simple steps.

Ingredients include 2 cups coconut juice which is clear and you can buy at Safeway, 2 tablespoons vegetable oil, minced garlic, 2 tablespoons soy sauce, 1 teaspoon fish sauce which you can find at Sunrise Market easily, 2 lb. pork loin, cubed. You should buy pork at Safeway because it is fresh and easy to cut. Also, you should prepare 1 teaspoon lemon juice, 2  tablespoons sugar, 1 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon black pepper, 4 eggs.

The first step is  to mix pork with the soy sauce, garlic, sugar, salt and peppers. Then, you should add lemon juice because it will make pork softer. If your family has children, it is the very best choice for them to chew. Then, put it in a cool place about two hours. The next step is to add vegetable oil to a pot and when the oil is hot, add garlic and stir fry until it becomes yellow. Next, turn the heat up to high and put pork into. After that, stir fry pork until it becomes brown. For next step, you put coconut juice into the same pot, salt and cook on medium heat. You can add hot sauce if you like it spicy. It will make the dish more delicious. Then, you should reduce the heat and wait until it simmers. While you are waiting, take another pot to boil the eggs. When pork is soft and water is low, you peel eggs. Finally, when the stew is almost done, you add the eggs to it and let it simmer together about 10 minutes.

Now, we have a good dish which you just decorate and enjoy.

This is a simple dish and easy to make in my country; it will take you 45 minutes to 1 hour. You can eat it with rice or noodles, and it will be delicious. I believe you will like it.
